Hamburger buns

This happened a few weeks ago, but I thought I would share. I am using this book artisanbreadinfive.com and I love it so far. I am still not past the first few chapters but I am well on my way, I took the basic recipe and made a bunch of little hamburger buns. The only thing I regret is that I should have let them rise a bit longer. They still were quite yummy!!
