We were going to make bbq flank steak for dinner, but thanks to a friends post reminding about lent we scratched that till tomorrow and I ended up making a Pioneer Woman recipe; Spaghetti with Artichoke Hearts and Tomatoes. It was really wonderful and reasonably easy.
