Gotta keep going...

Sophia and I made eggs with a hat on the other day, aka, one eyed sailors, egg in the Basket, egg in a blanket, egg in a window, egg in a frame, egg in a bed, toad in the hole, Popeye, spit in the eye, basket eggs, egg in the nest, framed egg, egg in the hole, ace in the hole, toad in a hole, egg in the hat among others. I think they are pretty self explanatory.

 We ate turkey for days, and I was a happy camper, let me tell you!

Turkey Sandwiches

 Turkey Stew with herb biscuits

 and Turkey Tetrazzini to name a few.

We also made potato patties, potato patties are heaven for a potato lover.

I still need to cook this sucker, it was one of two pink banana squash we grew this past summer

 Responsibilities and life have devoured my time lately. But, today I baked three dozen cookies for my friends cookie exchange. It was nice to do something for fun, my girls had a great time playing with the other kids at the party, we came home and  I heated some frozen orderves instead of making dinner. Now the girls are in bed, and I will be soon too.

Don't be glum, chum! It's all going to be alright!
